For frats yes/ better for sororitys no unfortunately.

For frats, depends where you rush, in my experience most frats won’t, would not suggest rushing KA or ATO, but for places like Pike, PiKapp, Snu becoming so and SigEp its just about whether they click with you. I don’t want to say those frats are diverse by any means, but more so comparatively

For sororities absolutely, but you have to be open and understand which sororities genuinely like you for you, and which ones just see you as a token
