Frats Ranked Only By Parties and Tailgates Last Year

Pike/SAE
Get big DJ’s and production, throw 2-3 good parties a semester. Tailgates also get packed

Kappa Sig/Theta Chi
Both will have 1 or 2 very good parties a semester. Also have some of the best parties of the last year. Both had packed tailgates too. Theta chi will most likely go down a lot bc of IFC and a bad rep

Sig Ep
Can’t throw at their house, but still have great parties at pots. Tailgates are good but they also have a very small outside set up. If they have a good yard that would probably be in the 1st or 2nd tier

Fiji/Alpha Delt
Both have very good parties, just only throw once a semester. Fiji has probably the best production out of any frats during theirs and Alpha Delt usually gets very good djs. Both draw a solid crowd too. Both have good tailgates, just not as packed as the ones over them.

Sig Chi/D Chi:
D Chi would be in the tier above if it wasn’t for their suspension. Their party in the fall was great, but they had a sausage fest at their spring one. The fall one also had a lot of guys too. Sig Chi has been improving a lot with theirs. The tailgates get a good crowd but they just have a small yard. Their parties aren’t bad, but are worse than anyone over them. A better house would make them improve a lot.

Beta:
Tailgates and parties are both at pots. Beta isn’t bad, but they definitely aren’t known for good parties.

Chi Phi/Pi Lam
Their parties/tailgates both are pretty weak. Never hear of anyone going to them. At least they get decent djs, with solid production, they just don’t get a good crowd.

The Rest
I don’t think any frat left really throws any parties with production/djs. I’m sure some of them are solid, they just don’t have the chapter size/houses to compete with the rest. Also, this is based off only parties thrown in the 2024-2025 school year. This will change next year. D Chi will probably be higher and theta chi will almost definitely drop. I bet Phi Delt might have some decent ones in a year or two too
