What’s the story behind Beta being snitches

Heard this so many times about this frat but never heard the truth behind it I just know they are still hated 5 years after ATO got kicked off

ATO will be back in 2026. Delt will be back in 2027. Both are rumored to have reason to dislike Beta. Don’t know the details.

Beta used to be next door to ATO before they had the delt house and filmed them over their fence doing some pledge event and sent it in to IFC.

This question isn’t about Beta. Fraternities like ATO and Delt get kicked off and over five years everyone leaves. Everyone seems to expect ATO and Delt to be the same as they were when they got kicked off. How does that happen if everyone who was part of the old traditions goes away? I know it happens. SAE got kicked off then came back exactly the same. Some get kicked off and never recover. Some come back as if nothing has changed.
