Fall 2025 Rush Tiers

Frats in the same tier are in no order. For pnms, this is how everyone at fsu sees it. If 2 frats are in the same tier they are very similar in terms of parties, srat connections, and pcs.

Top:
Pike
Best history, parties, and alumni connections. No frat at fsu is truly the absolute best at anything, but Pike is the closest to that

Lower Top:
KA / Sig Ep / SAE
All of these have great houses, pull in very good pcs, great night life connects, and have great parties. Wouldn’t put any on the same level as pike, but that can change

In Between:
OX / K Sig
Both have good parties, night life, pcs, and tailgates, but have also faces a lot of controversy with ifc. OX has been way worse though and has fallen more than any other frat on campus recently. Both are still good, not top, but also wouldn’t say they’re in the middle

Upper Mid:
D Chi / Fiji / Alpha Delt / Sig Chi
All 4 of these frats have improved drastically in the past 3-4 years. All have good parties, tailgates, night life, and pcs. Definitely have some questionable brothers, but the majority are good guys.

Decent Drop

Lower Mid:
Beta/Pi Lam
Both are very involved on campus with great philo, but are heavily lacking in tailgates and parties. Both throw at pots and aren’t able to fill it out. Brotherhood is 50/50 but definitely still have a good group of guys

Upper Bottom:
Phi Delt / Chi Phi
Both are fairly new, and have a very mixed bag of brother. Most are a little sherm, but still have some stand outs. Phi delt is very new though so they’ll probably be in the lower mid tier soon.

Bottom:
Lambda / Chi Psi / D Sig / ZBT / Phi Psi
All of these, but Phi Psi, are pretty new. The next few years will determine if they are more of a mid tier, or if they’ll stay bottom tier.

Massive Drop:
TKE
Just don’t join here. Brothers are all very weird and they might lose a charter soon because nobody wants to rush. This is the only frat I would say absolutely don’t rush.

Despite rankings, the most important thing is which chapter you fit into the most. You can gain a lot out of rushing any frat chapter at fsu, despite the ranking (unless it’s TKE)
