Top:
Theta Chi - self explanatory
Sig Ep - Good parties, nice boys
SAE - need to fix up, bad parties this spring
Pike - Name plays a huge factor, but they are always top

Upper Mid:
KA - Great brotherhood and nice house
FIJI - Decent group of guys, good parties, nice house
DChi - Lowkey losing their hype, house carries heavy,
Alpha Delt - Older guys are weird, good spring party

Lower Mid:
Sig Chi - Great guys, not so great parties, house holding them back
Beta - No parties at house, brothers are kinda weird, really nice and respectful though, smart guys who can climb the ranks
Pi Lam - Interesting guys, some great some weird, terrible house location

Low:
Chi Phi - Weird weird kids, decent house, bad parties
Phi Delt - Decent guys, name carries, will be alright with a house
Phi Psi - Weird kids in highschool who made their own frat, frost was just a bunch of dudes
Lambda Chi - First PC
