The Truth about Pike and Theta Chi

The truth of the matter is that Pike is scared to be ranked below Theta Chi. Once that happens they could quickly fall below houses like KA SAE and Sig Ep (even K Sig) afterwards. The only people who go to heritage are freshman geeds and seniors in KD. Theta Chi has houses everywhere and college ave in general seems to be the major spot for greek life at FSU.

Theta Chi has lots of houses and each one is registered with IFC and Greek life as a TX party house. Life is great.

Pike isn’t all that anymore. The only sorority that actually cares is ZTA.
