Serious question for sorority girls

Why do sorority girls involved in recruitment make a big deal about going “undercover” on Instagram. Seems very “extra” to me as y’all would say. Someone please explain

It’s Panhellenic rules. Either they had to deafiliate over the summer because they were a Rho Gamma or an orientation leader, or they had to private everything starting spirit week so PNMs can’t see what they are posting. IDK I think it’s dumb but I believe that it is a finable offense if you dont
