I’ve done a lot of thinking and I realized all of the best fraternities at FSU are on College Ave. There is no better location for a house. Nothing compares to game days on college ave and not to mention it’s a block away from the basketball stadium. There is only 1 dry house on college ave and they’re the worst fraternity on that street, but they’re much better than the other dry houses on campus. College Ave fraternities sets the standard, and are the pinnacle of fraternity life at FSU. Other fraternities follow the footsteps of college ave fraternities.
