Fall Rush-yes or no?

Hey. I am thinking about NOT rushing in the fall, but waiting until the spring, or possibly even waiting until next fall when I am a sophomore. My older sister is in a sorority at UGA and is advising me against waiting. My friends who are already at FSU are telling me its no big deal to wait. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help?
