I would suspect any of the new colonies can apply for housing if they have the #'s to fill it. I image we will see a lot of house movement happening in the next 4 years as current fraternities get suspended/kicked off and returning fraternities end up filling the empty houses. It's an ongoing process.

I’d wager frats stop getting kicked off as fast as they have been if keep up current trend with only 1 chapter in bad standing right now
