Pike is going down hill

From what I can see, pike is going downhill. They probably had the worst pc this spring and it will only get worse. Sig ep is coming up, theta chi is probably done after the legacy frats such as LXA, Sig Chi, Phi Delt comes back. Sig chi in the fall will give Pike a run for its money. Guaranteed Sig chi nationals will build another mansions here. Sig Ep is where you wanna rush guys. Dry house = top tier

whoever keeps posting about sigma chi is delusional, it’ll take them at least 4-5 years for them to climb from the bottom

Pike spring PC is great looking. Great guys, involved on campus, athletes. There’s reasons they’ve been the best for a long time. And Pikes tell me they’re excited to get Sigma Chi back. Competition is good.
