What frat is coming back in the fall?

Sigma Chi is the only fraternity that will be returning in the Fall 2021. Between 2022-25 there will be at least 5-6 more fraternities that will be eligible to return once their suspension time frame has been completed. After their suspension has been completed they will need to submit a letter of intent for recolonization along with an outline highlighting the requirements (New membership program, risk management plan, anti-hazing seminars, leadership training, national visitations,key alumni advisors, etc, etc.) to both FSU Greek Life that a new colony will need to complete.

Not that I care and not that I would do it even if I had the chance, but ANY fraternity can firm a chapter at FSU and apply for recognition as an RSO. As long as they follow the rules that all other RSOs do, the university cannot deny them recognition. The university might tell them that they have to be approved by IFC, but they do not really need anyone’s approval. You could form a social group and call yourself Tri-Alpha and the public school must recognize you. Proof: Zera Beta Tau fraternity existed for years as an RSO at FSU without being involved with IFC. Proof: Phi Delt existed for years as an approved chapter of Phi Delt even after the university pulled their recognition.
Obviously none of this is going to happen. No one gas the manhood to form their own fraternity and demand the recognition that the university is leagally obligated to grant.
