It’s good to have competition. We’ve lost too many great fraternities. It’s good that FSU still has two major heavyweights. Pike is pretty damn great. TX is awesome. Both fraternities should keep saying that they’re the best.

Just saying, theta chi is the only frat here that doesn’t need a fancy house to be considered one of the best frats if not the best on campus and that’s on periodt.

Pike and Thera Chi are great examples of the fact that the house doesn’t make you the best. Pike has always been the best but they work at it. They put all the pieces together. Theta Chi is just damn great. They’re full of confidence and they attract good looking, social, athletic guys.
It’s the attitude and not the houses that make Pike and Theta Chi the top two.
