UF has many date functions every week

OK if you're in SGA here's one thing you could do. Make sure that every RSO has the right of habeas corpus (spelling?). The administration should not be able to suspend a fraternity or any RSO FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR without an explanation or a charge, just that "it's under investigation". The admin seems to think if they can't find something to stick on an individual they'll just damage the entire fraternity and not have to explain.

“Give me a brief example of what you want” events of any kind, please.” Date functions, tailgates, parties, allowing us to go on formal, something that signals a return to normalcy.

Mostly formals, date functions, house events, themed house parties at frats, retreats for pc20. I’m in a top sorority and we didn’t have our new members retreat or any functions to unite our pc. About time because the high dues were paid.

You had me until you said “I’m in a top sorority”. Does that mean you should have functions and events and others should not? What difference does it make? Gimme a break.

No, it means we paid a lot of money in the fall for not having these benefits. Of course everyone is missing out and deserve to have their social events and any other activities they are PAYING FOR. Top houses pay more sometimes ddd for example

I agree wholeheartedly that all sororities and fraternities should have events, functions, attend meals at their houses, etc. It stinks for everyone! That is why I said you had me until “top sorority”. But I promise you that it is untrue that “top” sororities pay more that others. It’s expensive for all. It doesn’t matter. Yes DDD - which is a great srat - with their new house pay more but that was a choice.
