How did you get quality?

How did you get quality through zoom rush? Are you happy with the quality of your fall pledge class? Would you ever want to do zoom rush again?

I can’t tell if you’re asking about fraternities or sororities. I don’t think my fraternity got the quality we wanted but I do think we got a solid class everything considered. We dropped some but zoom isn’t fair to the PNMs or the fraternity. I am willing to trade numbers for quality.

Yeah zoom rush was a sh it show at my chapter. What we did was 'screen' guys on zoom, give them a solid interview, then if they were cool they would come by the house on their own time. Would never give a bid to a kid sight-unseen. That's insane.

I tried to get my chapter to give summer bids but they voted it down. Big mistake I think. Can girls give summer bids before sorority formal recruitment?

We will have to take a spring pledge class, but I hope IFC doesn't force everything to zoom rush. We've talked about not participating at all. Just go around to clubs with prospects.
