Is ATO signing new members anyway?

I don't know who to ask. I've been told that ATO is like a club now, out of reach of the FSU administration. Do you know if they're taking new members?

Yeah they are, if you know someone in the chapter then reach out

My fraternity is in good standing but some of the older brothers are dropping out to affiliate with the former ATO. No social restrictions. Is hard on the fraternities that try to play by the rules.
