There is no “%”. Fraternities have no quota or limitations. They can pledge 100 if they want to, or zero. So don’t think that any fraternity is ‘full’.

Everyone’s already got pledges, but they’re probably looking for more still. My chapter has 30+ confirmed rn but we want at least double that

Sig ep only has a big Pc because they give bids to every goober that walks through those dry house doors
