Pike - reputation. These guys live off their reputation and it’s gotten them some great guys and a sweet house. Also lots of athletes from FSU join this frat
Theta Chi - best looking guys in my opinion. Nice mix of dudes however their newer pledge classes have not been near what their old ones were.
Sig Ep - sweet house and cool dudes, really all I got to say
Sae - easily the most fun fraternity to party at. These guys are animals and don’t disappoint
Ka - if you’re in to the county vibe, these guys are the best you will get. Cool a s s dudes with a good reputation at FSU
Kappa Sig - amazing house and location. These guys have been mia for the last 2 years though. It’s a shame because they have wasted gold potential

All I got guys... sorry if you’re frat wasn’t included
