chances of being dropped

how much of recruitment is decided before the actual process? if i had one absolutely amazing conversation the first round and a good but not great one the second will i be dropped? i fit in that chapter perfectly and girls i don’t know from it followed me on instagram a couple days before recruitment. only have one house today so i have a ton of time to just stress lol
