Diversity (pertaining to company/organization): Having a mix of individuals that occurs naturally within a system based on merit and the ability of an individual to perform his or her function well.
Forced Diversity (pertaining to company/organization): Attempting to mandate who can be chosen for what job function based on the color of their skin, not based on their ability to perform. The picking of candidates is based on being cowed to appease hordes of OCD-riddled children who will boycott and tarnish the organization's reputation if their dictorial demands are not met. The company/organization is then at risk of operating on a sub-par level, because the best candidate for the position in question (regardless of their skin color) is no longer a viable option.
