Whether they’re top tier or not is irrelevant right now. Nobody is going to be doing anything this semester anyway except getting new pledges. By the time we are able to even throw events again who knows what they will be like

Sig Ep is now the second largest fraternity, and has a new house between College Town and campus. If the Pikes stumble, Sig Ep will be THE top fraternity within a year. If the pikes continue on like they are, Sig Ep will be THE top fraternity in 2 years. Guaranteed. This fraternity is different.
