Thank you for your concern but don't feel sorry for Pike. We have our house and no shortage of men who want to join. Every sorority girl at FSU shops at our Publix, and a lot of them park in our massive parking lot. We're removed from the chaos of College, and our house is newly renovated. When Lambda Chi and Phi Delt return it will be even better. We're very happy where we are, but thanks.

I normally never go to sig pi but last year for the spring tailgate i was dragged by my friends bc it was like the only frat having a tailgate and it was actually a good time they had a water slide and a live band, definitely don’t listen to the negative comments bc they really aren’t as bad i’ve heard of them being

Alpha Delt
FIJI
Phi Psi
TKE
Sigma Pi
Delta Chi
MAYBE delt they’re good but I’ve heard sketchy things
Phi tau ^same reason
Beta(not dangerous just boring)

Frats I would go to:

Pike
ATO
KA
SAE
Sig Ep
Theta Chi
Kappa Sig

For tailgates the more fun ones i’ve been to are Pike, ATO, Delt, Sig ep, kappa sig, sigma pi. I definitely wouldn’t sleep on delta chi just yet because the house does make a difference but we’ll see. Anywhere on college ave is usually weird because they all tailgate in their parking lots which is lame.

The tailgates i would stay away from are Phi psi, Tke, Beta, and really anywhere on college ave expect for k sig

Sigma pi and delta chi working OVERTIME in this thread to get freshman to their tailgates, I’ll pass lmao

Just a little rundown on heritage:

Pike - Great
Phi Tau - Suspended
Sigma Pi - Sus
Delta Chi - Sus
Phi Psi - Sus
TKE - Sus
Pi Lam (Bunch of former AEPis) - Sus

Pike and Phi Tau really need to get on-campus satellite houses, because heritage isn’t even worth it lol
