EVery chapter has different rules on legacies so it varies.

Every chapter is going to have a minimum of 60 legacies on average.

Why does this matter to you? Legacies aren't guaranteed a bid and the number of legacies going through doesn't affect your recruitment one way or the other.

Sigh---- why some people get so butt hurt over questions on a question/answer site is beyond me. Why does it matter to you if I want to know? I'm not going through recruitment----I just want to know.

Most of the chapters here are really old, so each one has the potential to have lots of legacies. Add in legacies from other chapters and the number can be significant.
