Which fraternities are on the come up?

Everybody starts out in the fall in the same place they were last spring. You have to wait and see the results of fall rush to know who's rising and who's falling.

Theta chi is definitely rising in the ranks

In all honesty the fraternities towards the bottom/low mid have the most upward mobility because they have so much room to grow (AEPI,SAE,FIJI,Beta, Delta Chi). If those guys have a good year they could rise plenty its harder for the other fraternities that are more established to move up

Just drive down college ave and look at their new house. It should help them get a solid fall pledge class and begin to compete with the best fraternities.

Supposedly delts summer boys that are going to rush are pretty good. Delt has a lot of hype for this upcoming pledge class
