what exactly is heritage grove?
by: GroveI was looking up off campus apartments for the summer and the Heritage Grove came up? I thought that was strictly for fraternities. So if i rush in the fall and join a house thats in HG, I wouldn't be living/partying in an actual fraternity house? Just an apartment complex with letters on it?

Pike, (LXA) and Phi Delt built and own their own houses and have 90 year leases on the land.

College ave is passing the grove. Counting squids and theta chi (who just copped the land next to KA/Onyx) that's 7 fraternities all in short walking distance with Pots, Derd and Clydes. Take a look at college ave on a game day this fall.

Which fraternities have a real house? The pike house is in HG but its its own building right?
