Recruitment is an individual journey. You are more than likely not going to end up in the same house as the majority of the girls in your group. It is not your job to try to sway girl's opinions or even worse, make them feel like they have no "good" options. Each person's experience is unique. Everyone's values in the Panhellenic community differ,just as those of the girls in your rho gam group. With that being said, be happy for your new friends wherever they find their home as they help expand your knowledge of the Panhellenic community. Have fun, stay true to yourself. Happy pref day!

Only 5 girls in my rho gamma are still in the rush process. The rest of us dropped or we were released. This was the crappiest process of my life. I feel like such a reject and piece of crap.
