This is based off sorority relations, chapter size, quality of guys, parties, and houses.

Phi Psi, Sigmpa pi, and Delta Chi are all above TKE. I would say that TKE has regressed and Delta Chi has progressed past TKE. TKE is on suspension after all. That alone makes them the bottom.

Delta Chi you guys has always been the bottom of the barrel. More of a chess club than a frat.
