Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 1.0 These guys were on IDA for 4 months. They had to cancel their formal, lost their spring pledge class, and half their brothers went inactive. Its difficult to consider them anything above mediocre at this point in time.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.8 So glad these boys are back from suspension!!! Cute, fun, guys who are really athletic. They are probably going to be having a lot of events I'm assuming since they were on investigation a lot of last semester!! Deck Days before Happy Hour on fridays is so fun, and have some great pregames. I heard the Spring Party will be a blast! Love you boys!!

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.6 The only thing worse than self promos are the negative rankings by competing fraternities. (Yes, I see what you're doing there!) Chi Phi has some of the best tailgates and parties around! Their house is in the prime location for campus involvement and they do their part to engage. President's Cup winners last year, competitive IMs, and continual improvement in pledge recruitment. The Fall 15 class is full of cute guys who are genuine and fun! This frat is definitely on the rise!

Mostly south and central florida kids that are super athletic and throw some of the best pregames and tailgates, but they seem super arrogant and they didn't let me and my sister come inside because she had her boyfriend with her
