these guys could be really good with their housing location, but their sanctions and older guys are holding them back. New pledge classes this year were really good, and they are definitely trying. Me and my sisters in phi mu love hanging with them. fun group!! <3

they have been lower in the past but i've seen improvement the past couple years. definitely more attractive and overall really nice and down to earth
