Should not try to social climb so much. Sisterhood is a little lacking. Definitely mid-tier. It's apparent many of them are self rating on this site.

Alpha Phi girls are always down to have fun, but you can tell they get along really well. They aren't as catty as some of the other top tier sororities, and are all around better girls.

Alpha Phi at Drake University is by far the best chapter representing greek life. They have a sisterhood like none other, but are definitely not inclusive to just themselves. They live by the work hard play hard attitude, so while they're GPA may not be number one, they are not far behind the front runner. Everyone in this sorority has something that makes the chapter as a whole and everyone else in it better people. Thats what these girls look for in recruitment. They are AWESOME!

It's so refreshing to see such a kind, involved and smart sorority on campus. Anyone that says anything bad about them is just jealous that they're not a Phi. They're incredibly Panhellenic and always participate in other philanthropies. As someone in an up and coming sorority it is so uplifting to have their support. I can't say that happens with the other sororities here. GO PHI!

This chapter is extremely involved on campus. They are extremely nice, attractive, and sisterly. There are always volunteering and have strong panhellenic ties.

This chapter is fun, loving and spontaneous. The girls are always the ones on campus showing kindness and respect to all individuals greek or non-greek. They seem to be well-rounded girls also!

These girls are always down to party and just get wild (and wet). They are super nice to every guy and make me think I might have a chance with one of them. Hanging out with a Phi instantly boosts your popularity. I want one. Please. They don't have the best sisterhood cause I heard they hook up with each other's ex/current boyfriends. Other than that good work.
