Alpha Phi on Drake campus is such an impactful group! They are incredibly inclusive and go out of their way to be an impactful group on campus. They are a wonderful group of sisters that care about their community and are involved with many other FSL organizations.

They get into literal physical fights with eachother. Lots of drama every single year. Really bad sisterhood, just cliques on cliques on cliques. No class, just party vibes. Very stereotypical and recruit off looks and break rules!

very divided house. on one side you have the normal and nice girls (5%) and then the other side is the crazy, desperate, rude, mean, and trashy girls (95%). They recruit off looks and have a scandal every single year. Super cliquey. These people are just crazy, stay away unless you want to be emotionally ruined. - A former phi

Love them, they’re so fun and so social. Always fun to see at parties. I always see them out and a bout and they’re all super super involved in activities outside of Greek life

Probably the only chapter that recruits off looks. They do have a good recruitment process but they are the least diverse house by a mile. Not that friendly outside of their house either, but some are nice. It honestly depends which one you meet. Some are super sweet but most are crazy and judgy.

They do a great job getting involved in FSL and across campus. But, there’s only ever 1 or 2 non-white, thin women per pledge class. It’s very obvious they favor appearances over all. There’s some very sweet Phi’s but the chapter as a whole doesn’t value being nice. they value looking nice.

while there are definitely a few nice girls, 95% of them are cliquey and stuck up. Poor sisterhood, not a very smart bunch either. not involved in anything around campus. they all look the same too. this is your most stereotypical sorority

Some phis are nice, others are super judgy/mean. Since they recruit based on looks, they take very few plus-size girls (which makes them stand out compared to the other four chapters on the street). While not all of them of course, but most of them are flaky and difficult to talk to.
