They pick girls who are not just pretty, but who are socially noticeable and who are well rounded. They have their reps in almost all the major Hopkin’s clubs, groups and organizations. Their girls are not “basic” and are definitely some of the most noticeable. Not to say bad things about other sororities, every sorority has great girls. On the down side, aphi sisters are individualistic and cliquish. That is true. There is no great leadership or no great sisterhood there. But who really believes in sisterhood among any large group of girls?

Yeah they dirty rush really hard, which isn't fair to PNMs. They need to be called out for this bc it's a big problem and 100% against FSL rules

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 4.0 The "cool", social girls who like to party (a lot), but still study hard and have among the top Panhellenic GPA averge. For the most part nice, but a little full of themselves. They're definitely cliquey, but even if they lack a bit in sisterhood, you can't deny they're normally a top choice among incoming freshman, you just can't.

They don't seem to be a very sisterly sorority. Some are very pretentious and annoying and act entitled bc they are "aphi" girls. Not all, but a large number. And that dirty rushing, yikes.
