So pikapp spray painted their crest in front of the kissing bridge and gym right before rush week. If they don't get in trouble for this IFC and Vlad are a joke

Vlad has nothing to do with IFC. Stop worrying about others and try to make your own organization better. You're wasting your time talking about others.
