I'll be transferring to FIU in the spring and I'm a sophomore.. how low are my chances to get a bid when i'm at the beginning of my junior year? Do any sororities do COB?

You'll be fine! You'll be a little older than a majority of the pledge class but there's always a couple transfer students in every year
