Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 3.2 I'm going to be honest. These guys are very involved on campus and I've always heard that they're sweet guys. And some really are kind hearted. But in my experiences, the ones I have met have been off putting and seemed completely uninterested in talking to me. I found it a little awkward and somewhat rude. But maybe they just don't like talking to people they don't know well? I dunno, they just don't seem as welcoming as people say they are. I don't know how about brotherhood. Sorry :/
