It's sad that the oldest frats at FIU are nowhere near having a house. Where's the TKE house? FIU isn't going to be a commuter school forever boys.

IT's a valid concern, but you can't really judge a fraternity at FIU based on their housing situation. FIU has to be one of the worst schools when it comes to assisting greek life in any way. Most schools around the nation have assisted or straight up paid for greek housing construction. Not to mention a frat house in miami costs anywhere from 1-3 million bux, compared to say...ohio at a fraction of that. Both houses at FIU came from a once in a lifetime alumni cash donation and had nothing to do with Pike's or FIJI's nationals helping them. I'm actually surprised that greek life does as well as it does in a university that completely disregards the very organizations that keep it running.

I’m from University of Miami, and all my sisters from Delta Gamma have mentioned these boys from TKE FIU and we are in love with those guys. I can name some of them but yeah Renzo, Hugo, Chino, Jhosan, Rio, Jose, Juan ext. These boys are really cute and we want to meet them.
