Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 5.0 Ive always heard mix reviews about Pikapps but after hanging out with them these past 2 semesters I've realized that the mix reviews are because of people trying to bring them down. Hanging out with them was nothing but fun and they have all treated me with respect. While they may not be as good looking as siegeps they certainly are rowdy and classy.
