Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Eastern Illinois University - EIU 4.2 Really great guys but it's definitely a smaller house. They're really fun to hang out with but you can tell they're light hearted. They don't participate in everything but their members are really involved. they all know each other incredibly well. it seems like a great brotherhood.
