I'm sorry but there is no way you should be ranked this high. Definitely could use a bit of work, however their last pledge class was a huge stride of improvement for the chapter. With some dedication you will work your way up, but until then, you should not be ranked 3rd on campus....

These "gentlemen" are the lamest excuse for a fraternity. House is absolutely full of creeps. Parties at their 303 house are mediocre at best, and a lot of the guys need to hit the gym. A lot of the guys seem to try to be something they're not, such as the "true gentlemen" they won't shut up about being. Honestly don't deserve a spot on Greek court but you can thank Pike Spike for that one... Lower-mid tier at best but I can't even say that with a straight face.

Coming across some growing pains but definitely will be top house in the near future. Solid pledge class this past fall. Chapter has great potential but just needs to overcome a few minor speedbumps before taking top house. Fun parties and their brotherhood is something to be admired and respected.

I always see these girls around campus and they always seem to be positive. I see them speaking with girls that aren't even in their sorority. Very friendly group with positive attitudes. Sisterhood is growing. Absolutely top tier.

These girls are cool and know how to party. They have a solid sisterhood and are one of the classier sorors on campus. May not be the hottest or most popular girls, but you can definitely count on them to have a good time.

Most of the SAE's are TRUE gentleman. Some of them are douchier than their own good but they're cliqued up so I hardly see them (which is a good thing). Parties at 303 can be awkward because the douchey guys that live there literally sit behind the counter and watch people fill up their cup and dance. The other guys have a strong brotherhood and it's obvious. Very involved on campus. A good amount of them are super nice, easy to talk to, and are outgoing. Overall nice guys.

Great group of girls. Definitely one of the top on campus. Was honored to attend a recent function with them and had a great time.
