which frat is the best for parties?
and where do these parties happen? do frats at NEU have houses?

Most frats have at least one house/big apartment where they host their parties. They're not like official frat houses, just places where a bunch of guys in the frat live. As for which are "best," it really just depends on what kind of parties you like and who your friends are. You're obviously gonna have more fun at a house where you're actually friends with the guys than you are at a huge party where you don't know anyone.
