Not sure but I do know several that had much better recs, gpa, act and did not get a bid. Welcome to Mississippi.

Better than what? You saw all the recs, gpas, acts, resumes of all the pnm's? No, you didn't. You're answering yourself on here because no one is taking your baiting.

Getting into a house is not based on gpa act or recs. I hope you know it’s mostly based on the conversations. If this is even true then it is because the conversations.

Right. So why does every sorority have a gpa requirement? Each sorority also has an appointed diversity and inclusion individual who apparently does very little.
This threatens you. Unfortunate that anyone expected more from rural Mississippi.

Yes, there is a gpa requirement. However that’s just a basic core requirement to even get to have the conversation at these houses. Then it’s all based on the conversations. I’ve seen plenty POC get into many houses, as well as plenty non POC get dropped from all houses. Not everything is race-related. It’s just that not nearly as many POC girls choose to rush these sororities, which the sororities can not control.

Because GPA is ONE of the requirements for membership, and DEI doesn't exist to blanket bid every WOC. There are plenty of white girls with a 4.0 that get cut from some houses first round. We don't track demographics in panhellenic because we don't have minority quotas or have a different or lower bar for someone just so they can get in to a sorority. Nobody says "she's great for a woman of color" and if that's what you want you are doing no one any favors. You don't know who had 'better' anything because you're just a troll trying to stir it up on greekrank as if this site matters for anything.
