Seems pretty sad that the only negative thing you can come up with about them is the fact that you think some of their pledges are "biggins." As a girl on campus that also rides the Greek Route, I can tell you that I have seen far more overweight men in other groups than in this one.

Sigma Chi, in my opinion, is THE top frat on this campus. They may seem like they care a lot about themselves, but it is honestly because they care about each other so much. They are a really fun and great group of guys. Have taken a few to date parties and they are fun and don't embarrass their dates. SOLID CREW. All i'm saying... If i were a guy i'd be a sigma chi.

I really like these guys. Some of their pledges scare me with their "holier than thou" attitude about drinking and judgemental statements in general. Overall, though, a good solid group from seniors to freshmen.

Sounds like someone has this freternity confused with some other organization. These are the most polite group of guys I've ever met! They are down to earth and I can always count on having a good time with them. They seem to all have a sense of honor in what they believe for and that's all that matters good for them!

Just not that impressed with them this year. They seem so "dead". There isn't that much excitement in their house. Do they rush boys with the total package? Like one that can balance academics, social activities, and school involvement. Their pledge class seems so lifeless.

I'm a Sigma Chi, I promise! I am very concerned why we extended bids to some members the past couple of years who absolutely do NOTHING! They don't go to chapter meetings, they don't go to date parties, they don't sit with us at games. What are they contributing? I'm busting my butt, as are others, and here are these guys just sitting in their room IN THE FRAT HOUSE, playing their video games. They don't even go to swaps. I'm a little pissed!

If you're not a XO, KD, or Phi Mu, or in high school, don't even try to go to a sigma chi party. You will not be acknowledged by anyone. One of my friends, not in one of the sororities listed above, went to sigma chi on BBD their freshman year, and absolutely no one talked to them. They left and went to pike, where they got red and yellow face paint, they went back to sigma chi later that night, and everyone talked to them and got them drinks because they saw the paint & thought they were XOs.
