Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Radford University - RU 4.2 This fraternity is so fun to be around! Going around other frats, i usually feel like they’re either judging me or they’re hitting on me too hard & making me feel super uncomfortable. Phi Kapp though has never made me feel like this. They’re all around good guys who would help anyone in need. They could care less about their rank or whatever any other frat is doing because they’re more focused on making their own fraternity better. Take notes.
