Yup.. for rush..

1.KS - by far the best.

2/3.SX/ATO - SX has better pull and stays out of trouble while ATO has better parties and guys. If PKP was out of trouble they'd be above these 2.

4/5.PDT/PKP - PDT has under rated history and have made a big splash but have a long way to go. PKP would be a clear #2 without trouble.

6/7.SN/SAE - SN and SAE are both solid but SAE is soft and SNs parties aren't as good.

7-9.KA/PKA/DX - KA never does anything and PKA and DX will be the peak any off row fraternity can ever get to.
