high school frat star

Hello there! I'm planning on rushing and I'm a pretty fratty dude. I love partying and I'm serious about school work, and I'm just down to have a good time!
What am I look for in a fraternity you ask?
Well, just these essentials.
Some bros that-
1)frat hard. Frat often
2) have a sick chill to pull ratio
3) will appreciate how much money I have and will have lots of money with me
4) will appreciate my southern marsh and so pro that I rock 25/8
5) won't haze me
6) will let me haze pledges when I'm a brother
So that's pretty much my list. I drive a hummer with a huge southern ride fish on the back but it's prolly cuz I'm so TFTC. Haha stupid geeds will never understand!
So some questions I have are
1) what do I wear to rush? I was thinking some cole Hans loafers and my seersucker suit with seer sucker southern marsh croakies and costas. And seersucker Bowtie? OF COURSE. It's a tfm.
2) who should I rush? Who can frat almost as hard as me?
3) where are all the hottest slams?
So those are my questions. Please answer.
