Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.8 SAE's are my favorite fraternity these guy love to have fun and know how to party. They are on the rise now that some of the older guys are leaving and will be top 3 on row soon. Margaritaville was the best party on row all year keep it up!

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.6 After a rough patch, they've shown a ton of signs of turning it around. Really fun group of guys and have a had a great last couple of pledge classes. Rome wasn't built (or in this case rebuilt) in a day.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.4 Good group of Guys. Definitely a Chapter on the rise. Still having to work off the terrible rep that the older guys left them but kudos to them for sticking around and trying. Its incredible that they've been able to survive and even thrive after being suspended from rush a few years back (guess that's what the phoenix thing is all about!).The fact that they own two lots gives them much more room and potential for parties so hopefully they capitalize on it soon.
