Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 I'm not in a sorority but I have been to I think two of their parties and this is definitely not biased in any way, I think they are really fun, involved, and overall awesome guys. I heard they took over Theta xi's house while trying to get a nicer house built on their lot on row which is awesome! Really enjoy hanging out with these guys

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.7 I had been to a few of their parties and they were insane. I never really knew much about them other than their parties until I recently got the chance to meet some of the brothers. They are fun, good looking, down to earth people. I think that Phi Delt is really over looked here. They don't have a house yet, but probably will soon because they're starting to catch up to being a top frat on campus.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.7 They are honestly not bad for a fraternity, I didnt know any of them coming to their party last weekend and had no trouble getting in and having fun. Definitely think they would be in the top 2 or 3 Frats on Row if they got a house
