They are a good group of guys. They're not desperate for girls they are just gentleman and offer to pay. Overall nice guys and I enjoy being around them.

From what I can tell PhiMu is definitely not top tier, at best their 3rd even if that. Top tier would be considered Kappa Delta or ADPi. They're very cliquish and are not sociable by no means.
