Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 1.0 They lost their house because they cant afford rent to DTD. Shocker. Even some off row frats have double their members. They are basically finished but they won't admit it because they're too stubborn.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 1.0 They have lowest amount of members but the high amount of dues which is kind of ironic. They also use the dues for the house that they don't even own and are losing it to DTD next year
