They are honestly not bad for a fraternity, I didnt know any of them coming to their party last weekend and had no trouble getting in and having fun. Definitely think they would be in the top 2 or 3 Frats on Row if they got a house

People often doubt Pike because they don't have a house on row, but I know they are going to start construction next year. They already have the plans, I saw them during their rush week. They have the biggest lot on row. I expect a lot from these guys in the next few years and I don't believe I'll be let down.

They are bottom tier, which sucks, but they could definitely have a come up. Their brotherhood is amazing and they’re all super sweet. Wish they would get a bigger house and throw some more parties to get known, but other than that they’re a group of pretty cool guys.
